This website is provided to facilitate the purchase of premium organic fruits, seeds, wood-pressed oils, and spices. You agree not to misuse this website, including but not limited to attempts at unauthorized access, spamming, or tampering with payment systems.
2. Ordering & Contract
All orders placed through this website represent an offer to purchase under our terms. The contract is finalized only when your payment is verified and you receive an order confirmation message or email.
3. Accuracy of Content
We make every effort to display the details, availability, and prices of our fresh produce as accurately as possible. However, actual produce size, color, and texture may vary slightly due to natural farming variations.
4. Intellectual Property
All brand graphics, images, logos, product names, and website code are the exclusive property of SKS Organics / SKS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

1. Information We Collect
To process orders and manage your account, we collect the following information:

- Delivery Address and Pincode
- Phone Number (for secure OTP logins and updates)
- Email Address (for order invoices and confirmations)
2. Payment Data Security
All credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking transactions are processed securely through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. SKS Organics does not collect or store your payment card numbers, CVVs, or bank account credentials on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your information strictly to:
- Verify your identity via secure OTP SMS.
- Fulfill, pack, and ship your ordered products.
- Send transactional SMS alerts (order confirmations, delivery tracking).
- Address customer support requests and issues.
4. Data Retention
We retain your user profile and order history in our secured database to provide quick checkout features and view order history in your profile. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
We want you to love what you buy. However, because we deal with perishable fresh produce, specific policies apply to cancellations and refunds.
Perishable Goods (Fresh Fruits, Mangoes, Bananas, Coconuts)
Cancellations: Once dispatched from our packing center, fresh fruit orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns/Refunds: Fresh produce is not eligible for return. If you receive damaged, spoilt, or incorrect items, you must raise a claim to our support email/number within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the produce. Eligible claims will receive a replacement or full refund.
Non-Perishable Goods (Oils, Seeds, Masala Spices)
Cancellations: You can cancel the order anytime before it is shipped.
Returns/Refunds: If you receive packaging damage or expired items, please contact support within 3 days of delivery. We will initiate a reverse pick-up and process your replacement or refund.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed immediately on our end. The amount will reflect in your original payment source (bank account, credit card, or UPI wallet) within 5 to 7 business days, subject to your financial institution's processing timelines.
Shipping & Delivery Policy

We take pride in packaging and delivering fresh organic produce directly to your home. Here is how our shipping and delivery operates:
1. Dispatch Timelines
Orders are packaged fresh. Most orders are processed, checked, and dispatched from our local collection centers within 1 to 2 business days of payment verification.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Local Delivery (Erode and nearby districts): Delivered within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.
- Domestic Delivery (Other locations in India): Delivered within 2 to 4 business days of dispatch.
3. Shipping Rates
Currently, SKS Organics offers Free Delivery on all orders nationwide. There are no hidden packaging or convenience charges.
4. Tracking
Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner, we will send an SMS update containing the delivery agent details or dispatch information to your registered phone number.
